FIRST EVER OUTSIDE TAGGING INSTALLATION USING TAGOMAT® HAS GONE LIVE AT BRUSSELS SOUTH CHARLEROI AIRPORT

We are proud to announce that the first ever outside installation using Tagomat® has gone live at Brussels South Charleroi Airport.

Brussels South Charleroi Airport, (IATA: CRL, ICAO: EBCI) is an international airport, located in Gosselies, a part of the city of Charleroi in Wallonia (southern Belgium). The airport had about 770,000 passengers in 2001 and has grown both in terms of passengers and aircraft movements. It is the second busiest airport in Belgium having served more than 8,000,000 passengers in 2018. It is also a busy general aviation airfield, being home to 3 flying schools.

The Tagomat® are deployed in terminal 2 located outside the building close to the entrance.  To make the self tagging process as easy as possible for the its passengers CRL has decided to use eezzeetags®.   

Passengers flying with TUI from CRL, this summer, will get free access to the security fast track lane when using the Tagomat® and the bagdrop.

The passengers will benefit from the Tagomat®, allowing passengers to simply scan their boarding pass per tag they need, reducing process time per tag to less than 10 seconds making the journey more user friendly and seamless.
